Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Minky Couture blanket as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unwashed and unused items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached to receive a full refund or to swap your blanket for a different style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Minky items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for the shipment to reach our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item immediately.
